Former Matsushiro Station, Nagano, Japan

Matsushiro Station was a station on the Yashiro Line of the Nagano Electric Railway Company. The line, and all of its stations, were decommissioned in 2012.

I was lucky to be able to visit in late 2011, a few months before decommission. There was a peaceful and slightly melancholic mood.

Shot with Nikon D7000 and Nikkor 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 lens. Edited in Lightroom 5.7.
