Before entering Katori Jingu Shrine in Chiba Prefecture today, we had lunch at the delightful Uno Cafe just outside the shrine’s premises.

Established in 1937, the place has a quirky and unique interior that instantly made us feel at home. We had Japanese Noodles as a main dish, and Kusadango and a Caffe Latte for dessert (seriously one of the best-tasting cups of coffee I ever had in Japan).
