Buckwheat Galette at Green Café, Itabashi, Tokyo, Japan

On today’s Green Day, the first of the “Golden Week” holidays in Japan this week, we went for lunch at “greenCAFÉ” in the Itabashi Ward of Tokyo, Japan.

We had a buckwheat galette filled / topped with bamboo shoots, blue cheese, ham and egg, accompanied by iced coffee. The food was excellent.
