Norbert Woehnl Two salarymen are seen traversing the crossing in front of Kanazawa Station (金沢駅) in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. In the few years since its completion in 2005, the Tsuzumi (“drum”) Gate outside the station’s Eastern Entrance has become a new landmark of the city of Kanazawa.
