Norbert Woehnl Dazaifu Tenmangū (太宰府天満宮) in Dazaifu, Fukuoka Prefecture, is a shrine popular with students who visit in order to pray for successful studies. This photo shows the Main Gate (Rōmon, 楼門) that leads into the inner yard and towards the Honden (本殿), Dazaifu Tenmangu’s main hall.
