All prints and gift items for sale on this website are made to order, and therefore we cannot offer a refund under any circumstances other than a fault with the product. Should you find that your item is received in a faulty/damaged state, you must contact us within 5 working days of receiving delivery. In this correspondence, please mention the item(s) in question, and a brief description of the fault/damage. The item will need to be returned to us (your postage costs will be refunded), before a refund or replacement will be arranged.
